Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your adopted friend within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the toy is in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping

At The Toy Adoption Company, each soft toy is gently packed using sustainable, plastic-free materials and sent with care via Australia Post. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your new friend is on their way.

📦 Estimated Delivery Times (within Australia)

• VIC, NSW, SA, ACT: 2–5 business days

• QLD, TAS: 3–6 business days

• WA, NT: 5–8 business days (remote areas may take a little longer)
